The company TCS Global Sp. z o.o. was established as a result of combining the experience and dedication of individuals with extensive experience in the metallurgical and welding industries. We consistently developed ourselves, acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of metallurgy and welding.
TCS Global specializes in comprehensive metal heat treatment, assembly work execution, welding, and quality supervision. Our services are available both on-site, at our facility, and directly at the client's location.

Heat treatment processing
We offer various services related to modifying the physical and mechanical properties of metal through controlled thermal processes.
Our activities include:
- Pre-welding preheating.
- Heat treatment (annealing, normalizing, complete, incomplete, spheroidizing, softening, recrystallizing, and stress relieving).
- Surface hardening through thermochemical treatment.
- Quenching.
- Tempering.
- Other unconventional processes related to thermal processes."
Quality supervision
We provide comprehensive supervision over the quality of investment, modernization, assembly, and repair works, starting from the analysis of project documentation, through construction process control, to final acceptance. We also specialize in welding supervision, covering all stages of the welding process. Additionally, we have qualifications to conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), enabling us to effectively monitor the quality of materials and structures at every stage of the project.

We have top-quality equipment for conducting local heat treatment processes. Utilizing our equipment enables the execution of processes such as preheating for welding and post-weld heat treatment.
We operate in accordance with all industry norms and standards, ensuring safety and durability of welded structures.
Our team of engineers and specialists is available to provide assistance in technical consultations, advice, and developing action plans in case of challenges encountered during construction. We also offer training in quality and welding supervision, as well as assistance in obtaining necessary certifications for workers in the welding industry.
The offer of rental and sale of equipment for local heat treatment.
We offer top-quality equipment for conducting local heat treatment processes. Utilizing our devices allows for processes such as preheating for welding and post-weld heat treatment.
Currently, we have 12-24 channel annealing furnaces with a power of 40kW, as well as 12-channel furnaces with a power range of 65-130kW.
Compact size enabling easy transportation to hard-to-reach locations.
Depending on the requirements, the option to choose a device with suitable power: 40kW, 65kW, or 130kW.
Simultaneous operation of 6 (for the 40kW device) or 12-24 (for the 65-130kW device) independent heat treatment processes.
The machines have a function for generating a heat treatment certificate upon completion of the process.
In our warehouse, you will find machines with a total power of up to 510kW.
The equipment includes current cables, compensating cables, heating mats, and welders, among others.
